MSMENXT MICRO Data Processing and Consent Notice
A clear, standalone notice describing the data and purposes accepted before sign-in.
Your affirmative choice
The sign-in checkbox is not preselected. Selecting it confirms company authority, agreement to the Terms, acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy, and consent to this itemised processing notice. If it is not selected, sign-in does not proceed.
Data and purpose
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Username, company and role | Identify the user, route the correct tenant and enforce permissions. |
| Password | Verify identity. Only a salted hash is stored. |
| Session, time, request and hashed network/device evidence | Enforce one active session, prevent abuse, investigate incidents and keep acceptance evidence. |
| Business records entered by authorised users | Store, reconcile, calculate and generate the billing, stock and reports requested by the company. |
| Support, grievance, export and deletion requests | Respond to the request and meet lifecycle and legal duties. |
Services enabled
Processing supports private authentication, tenant isolation, billing, purchasing, returns, stock, master data, reports, export, audit, support and administration. If the user separately chooses document reading, deterministic OCR runs in the browser and may suggest permitted template values. OCR can be wrong: nothing is saved until the user compares the named source, checks every figure and approves the server validation preview. The product does not use generative AI, does not sell personal data and does not make automated employment, credit or payment decisions.
Authority and necessary data
The person entering data confirms authority from the customer company and must not enter unnecessary sensitive data. Consent is limited to data reasonably necessary for the stated services and purposes.
Refusal, withdrawal and rights
You may refuse by leaving the box unticked. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, erasure, grievance resolution or nomination by contacting the Grievance Officer below. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may require account closure where the processing is necessary for service delivery.

We aim to acknowledge a privacy grievance within one business day. Acknowledgement is not the same as final resolution.
